For you kiddies out there, that's the 59th St. Bridge Song (Feelin' Groovy), by Simon & Garfunkel.

I've had near misses all night. First I missed Becky by 5 min., then by 2 later. Then I missed by 1 min. I wonder if everyone realizes that you can tell if someone is in the chatroom by looking at the right upper section. You can also tell if they went to the bathroom (or somewhere!) by any letters after the names; like BRB for be right back, etc.

Anyone want a short online class on the chatroom?

Hi Rose,I only went back at 9:20 pm when I saw your email message after I missed you the first time at 9:01 pm. I was hurting too much to wait around (waited about 3 minutes the second time). Seems like this neuropathy in my left foot/leg acts up more in the late evening...I do everything I can to get my mind off it when it happens. You were in the regular chat room. I thought last night was the faith chat...Till next time.Blessings,BeckyRose wrote: For you kiddies out there, that's the 59th St. Bridge Song (Feelin' Groovy), by Simon & Garfunkel. Becky, my neuropathy is worse in the evening also, especially if I've been on my feet a lot that day or running errands where I have to stop & start the car a lot. I have to elevate my feet way up--not just on a footstool. Mostly I use one of those big exercise balls, not completely inflated so that it's soft. In bed I have a piece of foam rolled up & covered with a sheet. I also have to keep my feet warm. I made some little rice socks with just the toes of some socks. I zap them, them put them inbetween 2 layers of sox, on top of my toes. I have to be careful not to get them too hot, since I have decreased sensation in my feet. I have a canvas camp chair by my computer, with a camp table as a footstool. I put the ball on the stool, wrap my warm tootsies in a blanket on top of the ball, set the keyboard on my lap, usually on top of a pillow, & I'm good to go. You might try some of these ideas.
