Guest guest
Hey Rose & group!!I've been reading some of the posts, but haven't been responding lately. It's summer in the DC area and suprisingly the sarc isn't kicking my ass as much as I thought it would. I gained a whole heap of weight in the past few months while I wallowed in self pity for a while and am working on getting that under control. I recently was fired/forced resignation from my job and it has turned into such a blessing! That position was so politically charged and since I have left even my boss' position is tenuous at best. I'm starting up a home business and realizing that I should have been doing this all along. I'm also getting my son ready for college. He's going into his senior year this fall and my being closer to home, (I had a 1 1/2 hour-each way-commute) is going to help keep him on task. He's a lazy genius and needs a kick in the butt to do what he has to do. Although I know he has to go on with his life, I am going to miss that kid so much when he leaves. We grew up together.I've been reading about everyone's struggles and sending out my prayers to you all. I've also been cracking up about Rose's new trike? Sounds really cool. I'm glad Rose is able to get around more. I know your neighbors love to see what you'll come up with next. All the best to everyone! And keep the faith for a cure, cuz this disease sucks!Naa KoshieRose wrote: I know a lot of you read the messages, but don't feel up to posting yourselves most of the time. Guest guest
Naa Welcome to the non-working world. Between doc appts and eating I'm knitting for charity. My daughter is 36 and her kids are almost grown so I'm adopting other kids feet to knit for.grannylunatic@...
