Guest guest
I went to amazon and found the one you recommended. They had me a little confused though, which is not had to do these days. So I wrote to the sellers of a couple. It appeared like they had a book Celestial Prophicy, a meditation tape, an audiobook and also a CD. At times they were all mixed together so I wrote a note to two of the sellers and asked them to clarify what they were selling. The prices for the used ones were very affordable so I hope to order them soon. I love guided imagery, we used it with our kids when I worked on a peds ward in the 1960's in California. We were way ahead of our time but I saw how wonderfully it worked with the kids,They had such vivid imagionations they would have dragons, castles with motes and lots of other very interesting things in their vizualization guided imagery. I do have one problem though, I have several tapes of guided imagery and healing music that I have used especially when I was ICU type sick with the sarc monster. They helped then but now remind me of those bad days and appear to have a negative effect when I use them because I relate them to the bad times when I used them. Guest guest
Judy I know that I really loved it when I changed the tapes I'd used for years- and the ones that I pull from now are very good. It is important to realize that we really do have to accept that what was a "healing trigger" at one point, can become an agitation later. I found this to be true when I went to a spiritual growth class just a few weeks ago, and they had an "emotional" survey- that was so similar to all the MMSI tests that you take with the psychiatry stuff. For me, it was like going back into the work comp injury--insult stuff when I had to fight for my permanent disability status. BTW-- The Celestine Prophecy is a great, great read! It's about how nothing happens just by accident-- that everything we run into and the people we meet are all part of a divine plan. Interesting stuff!
