Guest guest
Here's the link to ELyte, an option for boosting electrolytes. http://elytesport.com/ I get the green labeled bottle, the regular ELyte, NOT the Sport version, as it has less salt. It is a concentrate, so one bottle lasts a very long time. You just mix a capful, or a portion of a capful, in water, stir and drink. I use about a fourth of the amount of ELyte as recommended, but I drink it often as my body requires it. Still, I find that one bottle of ELyte generally lasts 8 to 12 months, so it is very cost-effective. And convenient. Everyone has different reactions, so if you decide to give ELyte a try, start off with half the recommended dose per glass of water, and see how your body tolerates it. Then you can adjust the amount of Elyte to suit your own body, and discover how often you might need to drink a glassful. Kim M.
