Guest guest
So when I was on scd I had no pain in my hands as much as I am having now, but I am allergic to fruits, nuts of all kinds, certain meat, beef, veal, crab, pork, anything harsh to digest.. So I now started just eating fish which is easier to digest. I decided to try some Quinoa and amaranth in a flat-bread. Sure tasted good. I tried eating buckwheat groats in the morning too. That tasted good. But am wondering if the high carbs is causing my sever pain in my hands? When I was on scd, it just seemed I was always hungry and when I needed to reach for food it was sugary foods. The MD said I was pre-diabetic.I can go back to scd 110% but need help in to what to eat.Can you help? -- JH Celiac SprueSCD- 4+ years " Strength does not come from winningYour struggles develop your strength.
