Greetings all and Happy New Year,

I haven't been posting but reading and trying to stay positive, you

know? Prayers to everyone in the struggle with Sarcoid, family, aging

parents, lost love, pain, ailments, prescription woes...this list is

never ending, but prayers to all.

As I sit here waiting for the home health folks to come and give me my

shot of steroids I just hope the best for each and every one of you ,

your families and our health.
