But that's not the only great thing...you have taken a HUGE step in your post-op success as well! You know, I'm jealous. Since my consult in February I have started putting an emphasis on protein...and I've shot up 12 lbs - exactly what my surgeon wanted NOT to happen! Guess I knew this would happen pre-op as I was eating more fats than I usually do and since I'm not switched yet I absorbed every last ounce of it! But I am VERY happy for you, Betsy! You should be very proud of yourself... I know your doctor will be! Keep up the good work!
