Guest guest
, I think the problem is the 2% rule- something as a " processing aid " that does not have to be listed. This is why we need a letter from the company. If you get a letter, then it's OK. Digestive Wellness sells a marinara sauce. I haven't asked them, but I assume they have a letter. You could ask them about their brand. I may keep using it if this is kinda a grey area. Makes really yummy pizza sauce. Very quick too! > > > > - > UC - 1+ years > SCD - 7 months 100% strict and 4 months restricted diet. > Asacol - 5 pills a day > > > > > > > _________________________________________________________________ > Hotmail: Trusted email with powerful SPAM protection. > http://clk.atdmt.com/GBL/go/177141665/direct/01/ >

Very quick too! What brand is it, ?You can use **whole** plain tomatoes from Muir Glen.Or Terry recently got a letter from Cento tomatoes - "Cento tomato products do not contain any added sugar, starch, soy or gluten. All ingredients are declared on the product label under the ingredient statement. If you have any further inquiries please don't hesitate to ask. We appreciate your business." I use that kind of stuff all the time and I don't react to it either. (Though in season I grow my own tomatoes organically.)Not all of us are in the beginning stages of the diet, nor do we react badly to stuff that some other people here do react to.My approach is to go with what MY body is telling me.
