Guest guest
I thought this would be a good idea since i'm sure people get into a rut eating the same things day in and day out because you get into a "groove" making the same thing that you know you like and it's easy. I know I do! Anyway, here's mine. i've had it for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, anytime! I make the sandwhich rolls from BTVC book recipe. and cut them in half so I can make a sandwhich I fry some eggs... usually 2 or 3 per sandwhich, you can make them any way you like, but I like them over easy with a slightly juicy yolk... yum I put butter, salt, and pepper on them. Put the fried eggs on one half of your sandwhich bread. Then, I get some sliced chedder cheese (mild or sharp depending on your preference) and put that on top of the hot eggs to melt. I put a spoonful of organic salsa on the other half of the bread and close up the sandwhich. quick, easy, tasty, and filling.
