Guest guest
There is something wrong with the roots of our teeth- they look as though they are re-absorbing into the gums, but they aren't. They are also fused on most teeth, blocking absorption. They break at the gum line, even though he has to use a different type drill - as they are extremely hard. My kids got their "fang" teeth first. We have pegged teeth, and my 12 yr. old has extremely wide spaced teeth. My mother was missing 2 wisdom teeth- my 16 yr. old doesn't have any. I was born without toe or finger nails, and the kids all have ridged nails, toenails being worse than fingernails.I believe it is called Witkop's. Cindy-GA Mito and bad teeth/cindy Cindy, in what way does ectodermal dysplasia present in your teeth? just curious as we have the pegged and missing teeth seen in ectodermal dysplasia ( that was our original diagnosis.) Please contact mito-owner with any problems or questions.
