Darla,

our biopsy was different.

we had type I and II fiber atrophy, rare increased internal nuclei.

a deficiency of fumarse, and partial Complex II ( 66% ) in one girl, the same girl with a mild decrease in CPT ( 63% ), I have a profound deficence of complex II/III ( 0.09 % )

our defect appears to be started in the krebs cycle.

So all we know for sure is we have a complex II deficincy in one girl and i have a complex II/III defect.

p.s. mine was frozen and came out great. the doc said it was very well handled and preserved and that made all the difference.
