Guest guest
hi, I am a moderator on a Dutch SCD site, and find myself losing ground on what I would call legal - non legal battle. I am a SCD purist, and often post against the use of cocoa (!) broken linseeds and stevia (oh yes) as not being SC legal. Recently quite a few people are turning to UHT milk because it cuts down on time prep. I read that UHT technically is not the right milk type to use. I am looking for back up info to contest the use of UHT and failing miserably! If anybody could tell me why UHT is technically SC legal, I would love to learn to pass it on so people get it right. I would like to promote SCD as Elaine meant it to be and not some kind of modification diet. Sorry for the rant, but its tough being SCD let alone defending the basics and having newbies confused in the process. A.
