Guest guest
Self Cath? UGGGG I had to learn to do that before they would let me leave the hospital in 1997 after the first shunt. My bladder got better for several years & it went when the symptoms started. I haven't done it since because no one suggested it. At least this doc had a sense of humor. After he had me up on the table & in the stirrups he said "You're not going to mess up my tie are you? That'll make me mad!" It wouldn't have mattered anyway he was wearing a yellow tie! They did a bladder sonogram & I told the nurse "You better not tell me it's twins". A little humor makes it much more bearable when you have no drawers on & an audience!grannylunatic@... Guest guest
,I keep having recurrent UTI's. I'm scheduled for a bladder and kidney ultrasound next week. They didn't tell me but do I need a full bladder for the test (can't remember!)? The Macrobid was awful and made me nauseous and gave me diarrhea. Right now though, the infection is gone. I'm wondering if anyone else here has this problem...Blessings,Becky wrote: Self Cath? UGGGG I had to learn to do that before they would let me leave the hospital in 1997 after the first shunt. Guest guest
My paperwork said show up with a full bladder. I hope they have vinyl chairs in the waiting room! LOL I don't have a problem with bladder infections. Well, I don't feel it when I do have one most of the time. OK Mama Tracey or Mama Rose, y'all know the medical stuff so here's my question. If the sarc is surrounding my spine couldn't this be part of the problem also? I googled transverse myelitis? and it mentions sarcoid in the article. Maybe it was the other way around. Anyone else have this? grannylunatic@... Shape Yahoo! in your own image. Join our Network Research Panel today!

The liver is one of the organs most often effected by sarc-- so the fact that you have an issue with this is not unusual. I suspect that the nerve damage and granulomas along our spines are adding to the insult. I'll try to look up more later on this issue. Guest guest
Thanks Tracey for letting me know I am not completely nuts! If chemo doc tells me "I don't know" one more time the group will need to collect bail money for me!grannylunatic@... Yahoo! oneSearch: Finally, mobile search that gives answers, not web links.
