Guest guest
That sounds good.... how did you mix them? Were you hungry? Where did you buy them? SueTina wrote: Oh gosh...I feel your pain. It took me from October 2004 until May 2005 to get my 33 pounds off. I struggled BIG TIME! What finally worked for me (and I tried the Kaiser 1200 calorie diet plan - no luck...Weight Watchers - no luck) was Herbalife shakes twice a day, 2 snacks a day, and one good meal (dinner). Once I stuck to this, I lose the weight in about 6 weeks. I got to my goal weight in May and after I had my case manager meeting, I had surgery less than a week later. How's that for fast? Oh yeah, I drank a TON of water and walked as much as I possibly could.I know it's hard but it is so worth it in the end...I'm just over 4 months out and I've lost 75 pounds since surgery and 111 overall. I am 46 years old, I have completed everything that needs to be done except losing the 10% which for me means 25lbs. I started off really well, I lost 11 pounds, then I gained it all back. I went to orientation in June and really thought I would have surgery by October or November. Right now I feel like I will never get there. Any words of direction, support... would be helpful. > > Thank you> Sue> > > ---------------------------------> Yahoo! Music Unlimited - Access over 1 million songs. Guest guest
I actually was a Herbalife distributor (actually, I still am and sell to some people who use their products). I had various recipes for the shakes but they were quite filling and kept me satisifed. The snacks I had were protein bars or nuts that I had from Herbalife also. If you'd like to try some, I'd be happy to send you some samples to try out. I felt great while I was doing the shakes and stuff and I didn't see anything horrible in them. Just email me privately if you'd like some samples. Tina > > > > Hi > > > > I have been in the on-line support group since August, but I admit > to listenting a lot more than I share.
