Anne,

this man is very easy to talk to. he is not the researcher I work with but he is a great bed of knowledge and probally the one you should contact first. I have gone round with him on my kids as you see in this article the O glycoproteins are too difficult right now to detect. that is where our trouble lies. he doubts the existence of Mito with CDG he thinks it is CDG mimicking as mito. But who knows maybe if you have a postive muscle biopsy with the postive transferring you may be the one to change his mind once and for all...
