Guest guest
I hope feels better really soon. I hear you on the fluids. It can really be a pain, but they really do the trick. I have noticed that when Grace gets the IV fluids she really feels better much quicker. Our problem is insurance. The last time she was in (a few weeks back) the insurance said there is no proof of medical necessity, and are denying the claim. I never knew getting treatment for a heat stroke was not needed, I guess if you like brain damage. I do think it is bad paperwork on CCF's behalf that caused the denial. Oh well, we have a secondary if all else fails. On the second part, I noticed you mention that he has asthma. I probably would be concerned if he says he cannot breathe. I have a slight case of asthma, and in the summer I commonly get short of air. I think it is the humidity that gets to me. Does he have a nebulizer? I have used my children's a couple of times when I am really short on breath. The Albuteral (from the nebulizer) seems to do the trick.
