Guest guest
Last week, I made DH some SCD latkes (fried of course) and he loved them so much that he at a LOT of them. That night, he felt awful. I was confused because there was nothing in the latkes that he hadn't eaten before (zuchini, carrots, onion, DCCC, all fine for him). Thought maybe it was just coincidence, or a 3 month flare. Last night, I made onion rings. Same thing. Loved them - ate a LOT. He had a horrible night, and I felt awful. Do you think it was too much oil for him? I have fried other things before (like chicken patties for example), but he usually just eats a little and he's fine. So is it likely too much oil, or too much onion? Is this common?? In any case, I won't be frying anything anytime soon. Poor guy is so miserable right now. Thanks, Devorah
