think this was nice and certainly has not helped making me afraid to call..I am switching drs.

...you are not being reasonable...he has responded to your requests for help and you have not followed through. I don't find anything unreasonable with his letter. You are not being reasonable and not taking proper care of yourself. If you are having so many problems why are you not in the ER right now instead of on the computer. Why are you sitting home feeling horrible?

You are the only one that can help yourself. I can tell that if you go to your local hospital Dr. Gagner would give them instruction on what you need if they are not sure what to do. You need to get help...NOW.
