, after my fourth week i relized i needed no nap, i remembered my first chicken nugget i ate at three weeks it took me 45 minutes. I didn't even eat any solid foods for the first three weeks. alot of popcyles (spelt wrong) I know i wasted alot of foods trying to find out what i would like. then at the fifth week it was the mcdonalds hamber without the bun first it was just half and by the 6 week i managed that whole piece it took time but it was all mine (haha) It is like you have to force yourself, but once your eating that meat you find the strenth coming back, i went back to work at 8 weeks and i had an open cut. by 12 weeks my body felt good. My body hurt, but that was from losing weight, as the weight leaves your are using differant muscles. My doctor explained that to me. Oh yea i loved eggs, just eggs no toast or anything, and you know what is funny before surgery i did not even like eggs, so just keep think couple of more weeks. one year next week, minus 140 pounds, always linda
