last few pounds - help!

I feel like I am doing all I can and can't seem to get rid of these pesky 6 pounds I have left!!! Perhaps it's all mental - perhaps I just don't feel like they are coming off as fast as I would like. I am not eating more than 1200 calories a day, in fact, most days I try to stay under 1000! I know Im not doing as well as I should be with my water - but I am trying and getting in at least 48 oz if not the whole 64. Other than the water, is there any advice anyone can offer?
