anyone else trying to lose that 10%? I could use some encouragement

I have been in the on-line support group since August, but I admit to listenting a lot more than I share. I am 46 years old, I have completed everything that needs to be done except losing the 10% which for me means 25lbs. I started off really well, I lost 11 pounds, then I gained it all back. I went to orientation in June and really thought I would have surgery by October or November. Right now I feel like I will never get there. Any words of direction, support... would be helpful.
