Dr. Gagner's office...and a visit from Patti :)

You're welcome, Patti. I am so glad you may come see me...give me

the number, I will start hounding them for ya! LOL I got approved

rather quickly. I called Ivonne several times a day and Daryl

also. Ivonne has never been rude to me but I must say she

is definitely overworked! I have called many times when her

voicemail is completely full. She has returned my call at 7pm

sometimes plus she sees patients. She DEFINITELY needs an assistant!

Maybe they should have someone handle post-op problems only. I hope

I don't have the problems others have had post-op trying to contact

her. It is scary to think that something could be incredibly wrong

and no one will return a call. You take care and I am keeping my

fingers crossed for ya!
