I have to say that as a pre-op - there have been times that I have called the office and the answering machine was full- but all I did was connect to the receptionist and she got Yvonne for me- a few times she called back and left a message on my home answering machine a day or so later- I have found her to be short and to the point but I just thought it was due to a lack of time since they are so very busy- but I didn't take it as rude, just busy- of course I am a pre-op and nothing so far has been an emergency- I feel really bad for and those that have had so much trouble - I hope things improve since my surgery is in 1 1/2 weeks- I will just wait and see when I am switched - hopefully they will have resolved the problems by then..
