Liane, I always felt I was an average if not slow loser. I'm attaching a ..jpg screen shot of my Excel weight loss chart up to this point. Along the way, my rate of weight loss has progressively tapered off until things stabilized a few months ago. Since then, my weight has been remarkably stable, sometimes fluctuating up to 158, but usually sticking right around 156. I am right at the end of my weight loss window, at the nadir of my weight. I expect that -- or should I say won't be surprised if -- my weight goes back up a bit before I'm done. In all the published reports, and according to Dr. Rabkin in a conversation with him, it is pretty common for us to reach the nadir, then jump up 10 pounds or so before finally ramping down a tiny bit to our final final weight. Time will tell!
