Given your success with your new lifestyle, do you still want to consider

surgery? 1X is only a dress size away from " normal sizes. " It sounds like

you are almost " there. " Karla.

Hi gang! I am a pre-op going through the rounds of

tests - don't have a date yet.

I wanted to share with you some good news that I knew

ya'll would understand.

I've lost 60 pounds in the last few months. I just

ordered a size 1X dress and IT FITS!!!! Alot of my

clothes are baggy and it felt so good to put on a

dress that fits. I'm wearing a bra 2 sizes smaller

too! I still have a ton of weight to lose and figure

any weight I lose beforehand puts me in better shape

to recover from the surgery. Happy Dance! One small

happy dance down the road to surgery.

Thanks for letting me share.

Betsy

LOL - I have a LONGGGGGG way before I'll know what

thin feels like. If the dress had sleeves, I'd have

to have a bigger size!

Hi Karla - I still have 250 pounds to lose and I know

that the surgery is the only way for me to ensure that

I will keep the weight off. I've lost and gained

probably 1,000 pounds in my lifetime and each time

I've gained it back plus lots more!

I'm simply trying to get myself in better shape and a

lower BMI so the surgery will be as smooth as

possible. I'm just so happy that it's no longer

having to lose 300+ pounds!
