Frustrated with Dr. Rabkin's office!

I am not sure what the deal is, but they have been giving me the run-

around. I know it is not the insurance peeps as I have been in

contact with them every single day and I KNOW they have spoken with

Rabkin's office as they have names and documented times. I just

found out today that Guardian needs more clinical info AND a surgery

date before they will approve. Welp, Rabkin's office requires

approval before a date will be scheduled...GAH! Does anyone have any

suggestions for me?

On a good note, I did find out that Dr. Rabkin is in my network. No

deductible for me, WHOOP!
