Breakfast: protein bar-230 calMidAM:starving,had early class,so I had one string cheese and one low carb yogurt..calories 140Coffee: 2 mugs....calories...70Lunch: refried beans with cheese..if I have a whole cup it will be 499 cal according to fitdayDinner: school night so, one string cheese and one low carb yogurt..140 calsBefore Bed: HM Latte 91 calories Huggles Total Calories Expected: 1171 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
