Martha, I just made a copy of your guidelines and I will post them on my

refrigerator, they are great, thank you. I had the surgery the same day as Azin

and all is going good.

Martha - Thank you for taking the time to share that.

The past few days I haven't been doing so hot. Major...I mean MAJOR

nausea. The site of anything makes me have dry heaves. Today I

finally called Joyce Salinger and she told me to go back into stage

I. I need to try to keep down 32oz. of water..if I throw up I need

to go back to the hospital. Luckily we havent reached that point

yet. The past few days I was on cloud nine but I think it all caught

up with me a little. I'm hoping I'm not alone with this...but now

water is begining to gross me out. oy vey.

I'll keep everyone posted...the first rule sorta helped me not be so

worried. I got slightly paranoid that I've now lost 15 pounds and it

hasn't been a week yet (Wed. is my 1 wk. anniversary).

Thanks again...

Azin,

Hope you're feeling better soon. . . do please keep posting; after

this, if we don't hear from you for a few days I'll be worrying that

you've had to go back in.
