NATIONAL SARCOIDOSIS DAY, AUGUST 29, 2007

Godd day everyone,

I was looking through information to help publicize Sarcoidosis and

found this....

To focus national attention on sarcoidosis, the Congress, by House

Joint Resolution 309, has designated August 29, 1991, as " National

Sarcoidosis Awareness Day " and has authorized and requested the

President to issue a proclamation in observance of this day.

Now, Therefore, I, Bush, President of the United States of

America, do hereby proclaim August 29, 1991, as National Sarcoidosis

Awareness Day. I invite all Americans to join in observing this day

with appropriate programs and activities.

In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand this fifteenth day

of August, in the year of our Lord nineteen hundred and ninety-one,

and of the Independence of the United States of America the two

hundred and sixteenth.
