Richmond Support Group

I'm headed for the first time tonight to the Richmond Support group

meeting. I'm not sure what to expect, but I'm sure that it will be

positive. I've been ill the last 2 days, but still managed to eat

proper. I just wastn't able to exercise this morning, I'm going to have

to do it tonight, make that committment and not slack off.

Breakfast: 2 tukey sausage patties (160), 1/2 apple(40), fat free yogurt

(100), 1 cheese stick (110)..410

Lunch: 2 lunch meat slices(60), apple(73), cheese stick(110), not sure

what else to put in there.. i need croutons or 1 slice of toast...

I'm trying is all I can say.. I'm working out 3 times a week for

30mins.. just working my way up to everyday.

I'm probably going to be late for the support group.. so if you see me

come in after 6pm.. that's most likely.
