Word of caution if you use diaphragms for birth control: our niece

lost weight and unexpectedly got pregnant because her diaphragm

became too loose with the weight loss. So, if you are using this

method of birth control, consider periodic (pardon the pun) visits to

the GYN for re-fittings.
