Guest guest Posted November 8, 2005 Report Share Posted November 8, 2005 Hi everyone Today is day 7 and Im still holding strong. Here is my plan for the day. I will report tonight if I stuck to it. Up at 6: Iron,Wellbutrin......45 minutes on treadmill(2.45miles at 3.4 mph) Breakfast: protein bar/morning meds Mid AM: HM SF Latte Lunch: One cup homemade chili with beans, string cheese Mid PM: water/afternoon meds Dinner: HM chicken and vegetable soup Before Bed: decaf coffee with nondairy creamer and sf syrup I found myself grazing a little yesterday.
