Donna, I came back online just to post and let you know that I did as

I said I would do. I completed my 30 minute treadmill workout. I was

inspired by your email last night and was determined to start back

working out. The other thing that inspired me to was the fact that I

dropped another 3 pounds and I am now at 147 (yeah) which puts me 17

pounds from my goal of 130. It has been a great 8 months and I feel

reassured that all will be well.
