The other brea d I like is Easy Sandwich Bread at NoMoreCrohns.com It is cooked in a skillet like pancakes. I omit the cheese, and always have to add water to the batter to make it more spreadable in the skillet.
Guest guest
I like the Souffle Bread recipe of Marilyn’s (that Mara re-posted). It tastes great and holds up very well, although you may need to pack whatever you are spreading on it separately, so the bread does not get soggy (if you’re taking it for lunch at work). I like to spread pecan butter on a slice and roll it up into a log. The other bread I like is Easy Sandwich Bread at NoMoreCrohns.com It is cooked in a skillet like pancakes. Is there anything I could add to e.g. egg and make it into some kind of pancake-like thing I could use to make a sandwhich for work? ,_._,___
