Help! Need proof of surgery types...

I am trying to prove that the in network providers Juarez and Zahn do

not provide the ds. Anyone have any idea how I can prove that?

I had a similiar problem with my insurance. While I

was at work, I called the insurance company

representative and conferenced them in with that

particular Dr.'s office and the nurse told BCBS of DE

that they only do RNY not DS. Funny, she didn't even

know what DS was. And they wanted me to go to this

Dr. They are nuts!
