Guest guest Posted December 23, 2009 Report Share Posted December 23, 2009 I plan to make some split pea soup tomorrow but noticed on the SCD website that it says that you have to prepare beans according to the directions in Elaine's book. I don't have her book, so can anyone tell me how I need to prepare them before I start cooking them? I assume that the key is to soak them for several hours. Is that what I'm supposed to do?
