However, I have added a protein shake to my afternoons and I am eating more at dinner and since Monday lost 3 lbs. Maybe you are fooling your body into thinking it is starving and you are holding on to the weight. Maybe try varying you caloric intake every day. One day a little more and one day a little less. Keep posting as there are wonderful supporting people here and have been there once before as well.Jeanne>> Hi> > I have been in the on-line support group since August, but I admit to listenting a lot more than I share. I am 46 years old, I have completed everything that needs to be done except losing the 10% which for me means 25lbs. I started off really well, I lost 11 pounds, then I gained it all back. I went to orientation in June and really thought I would have surgery by October or November. Right now I feel like I will never get there. Any words of direction, support... would be helpful. > > Thank you> Sue> > > ---------------------------------> Yahoo! Music Unlimited - Access over 1 million songs. Try it free.> Yahoo! Guest guest
Sue, Speaking of cravings, mine has been 's Tomato Soup. I love the hot thickness and creamyness(yeah I know what your thinking) the best comfort food next to beef stew in a bread bowl. I would drink a can a day in a thermos mug, kept it hot for an hour. Today it has been 2 weeks and I think about it maddeningly everyday. I gave that up for the sodium intake. Now if I can only get rid of the 1 cup of coffee in the am I would be good.
