Uhhh... Dan, unfortunately it isn't so easy! I've been trying to

speak with Daryl and left a message over two weeks ago regarding Dr.

Gagner no longer accepting Oxford. I have a six month post-op visit

this month and need to know how to proceed about post-op care...

I called recently and, of course, the phone goes directly to voice

mail and that box is FULL. Perhaps the situation will be different

when someone calls today or later this week (I can only hope so).

Ivonne would not have information about the insurance approval, I

agree. I've called the main desk many times and have been put on

eternal hold just to get an appointment, so I think it's best to try

to call directly if you can get ahold of him.
