Hi,

So many people said they had emailed or called with complaints

to Mt.Sinai about the aftercare and problems with the office staff. I was

wondering if anyone got a response. If so please share it.

I'd love to know if anything has changed.

Hi Will:

I emailed Dr. Gagner and I immediately got a call from his nurse, and my

insurance was submitted and approved. Dr. Gagner always answers my email the

same day I send it.
