Just wanted to warn you, God's in this post, only because it was

brought up.

Just as you are free to say you don't think God or any amount of

prayers can heal, I am free to say that I disagree and I think He can.

That's the beauty of this country. And I agree, I believe God is

healing through the hands of Dr. Ponseti and the wisdom and the

gift He has given these Dr.s. It may not be in the shocking he's

completely healed form I would prefer, but he is being healed by God

through the gifts He has given these doctors. That's what I believe.

And by believing that I have a peace and am encouraged.

>>These feet don't heal or correct on

>>their own and no amount of prayer or any god can fix them either.

When you post something like this, there is going to be a response,

because for those who believe in God, He is a big, huge, only form of

our support.

Just to throw this out there, why is the topic of religion off limits

when it is shared as a form of support to a support group. It is not

stated anywhere it reading about this group that it can be in there.

>>To discuss non-surgical methods of treating clubfoot (also known as

>>Talipes), but specifically the Ponseti Method. We are here to get

>>the word out and to support each other through the various stages of

>>correction.>> It does not specify how we are to support each other

and sometimes it simply doesn't work to say, it'll get better.

No one is converting anyone , no one is saying you have to believe, it

is just simply being said, this is what works for me and I wanted to

share it with you. Like wearing thicker socks helps keep the shoes

on, a glass of wine hehe, and praying to God helps keep my sanity

while the shoes are slipping off again.

Next time, if I share a story or give a response to one and God and my

faith may be in it, I will post it as such so you may choose not to

read it ahead of time.

Like I had said in my post, I apologize if anyone was offended, it was

not discussed in a way that someone should be, but if anyone was, I

apologize. I for one am very thankful she shared her experience as it

gave me the encouragement and the support I was needing this morning.

,

I am not disagreeing with you really. I think a little bit about one's

faith in a post is fine and no one has ever had a problem with it here in

the past. The problem is that it's pretty standard in the online community

to mark religious posts appropriately because we aren't all here of the

same religion or any religion and it's just good netiquette to mark

posts. I seriously doubt that a lengthy discussion about Judaism or

Buddhism or maybe posts all about Allah and Islam would be accepted either.

A little praise here and there isn't going to ruffle anyone's

feathers... whole posts with subject lines that don't match... that's

where we run into problems. Plus the list owner asked...
