Guest guest
Our son, born with unilateral club foot, was in the baby bjorn almost every day with both the casts and brace. The casts did not seem to bother him with the weight but both my husband and I kind of lifted up his foot while carrying him (I think for our own sake). It is winter so we usually wore a big coat around him and with our hand in the pockets just kind of lifted his foot or under his thigh. It was easy and comfortable to do. With the DBB I did the same. I just kind of lifted up on the bar while walking. My husband, however, kind of hooked the bar on his pants belt. It just rested there during our walks. This is our first child so we don't have anything to compare him to but the carrying part has been easy. Hope that helps! --------- Re: Baby Borjn carrier > > > > > We did not use our Baby Bjorn carrier when Rachael was in casts. > Probably b/c we didn't have one yet.
