Guest guest
Dear All, My daughter is now 8 month and half, She has a unilateral clubfoot on her right leg. She likes to stand a lot while i am supporting her. I Noticed lately that on the clubfoot leg, she used to stand for seconds and then she changes to stand on her toes. i am wondering why this happens. is this natural. I do not think so. i am too worried that she would be relapsing and i do not know. Please has anyone passed through this. I am too worried. Guest guest
I don't have any experience with relapses, but from all I've read if your daughter is standing on her toes, that could indicate a relapse, the achilles pulling tight again I believe?? Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. But I would definitly get her to the doc & get it evaluated. , mommy of: Guinevere, on, Ava 8/4/04 right CF DBB 23/7 > > Dear All, > > My daughter is now 8 month and half, She has a unilateral clubfoot > on her right leg. Guest guest
If you suspect a relapse, or feel something is not right, I recommend having it checked out right away. Maybe there's nothing wrong, but if there is, the sooner you get on it, the better. Is your daughter wearing her brace regularly at night? Is her foot staying in the shoe well?
