Guest guest
Yea, Christian. Before you know it you'll be wishing he was still crawling as you're running all over the house after him! :-) Has it been three months already? Are you down to 16 hours? Christian was so tired and cranky at that point I knew it wasn't going to be fun. The only good thing that came out of Friday was the reduced hours. Did cry when Dr. H touched her feet too? Christian started to balance today by himself. He can stand alone for about 10 seconds before he falls on his bottom. I hope this means he will start walking soon. I'm so bummed I missed you guys. The weather was horrible, but we weren't the only family late on Friday. There are 2 families who found out about Dr. H through the support group we organized. Both go to our old doctor we ditched. I didn't get a chance to meet the second one. I met and her husband. Their son was wearing an AFO. Just like had. I hope their appointment was good news. Anyway, a doctor took a picture of the shoes after they were already off. No pictures of 's feet, etc.. I haven't read through all the posts yet, I hope to hear an update about Christian. Guest guest
Thanks . Looking back it seems like the 3 months went fast but when he was still in shoes it felt like FOREVER! Dr. Herzenberg said that because of his age we only had to keep the shoes on at night (12 hours). I have been keeping them on about 14 hours a day. It feels sooooooooooooooo good to bring him out without the bar now. I know I am going to miss my little baby when he starts walking because I will never have a little one again, but I will enjoy every new stage, as will you and Aiden :-) Mommy to (12-17-98) and Christian (1-30-04) LCF - DBB (nights only) _____ From: Hundley Sent: Tuesday, January 18, 2005 10:50 PM To: nosurgery4clubfoot Subject: RE: Reduced Hours!!!!!! / Christian Yea, Christian.
