How long do they usually where the DBB for?

Hi, I was just curious as to how long I can expect my son to wear

the DBB for after his casting is complete?

It is being recommended by Dr. P that they wear the bar until they

are about 4 in order to reduce the risk of relapse. I am sure someone

will post the relapse stats at various ages. Once they start walking

the time goes down to 12-14 hours, so as they get older it is only

worn at bedtime.

, I believe the norm is at least till the age of 3-4 years. The hours

he'll have to wear them a day will reduce along the way.
