Guest guest
To the person who took my ricemilk recipe and suggested making bean milk, thankyou, we tried it and he loved it. I plan on trying to make a potato milk next. Now we can rotate. Just a quick question on calcium, how much naturally occuring calcium is in beans? I just wanted to know how much calcium I should be adding to bean milk. Ok one more question, since calcium carbonate isnt as well absorbed{ i checked what we use and that is what we currently have} If I added more than what is needed would it compensate for the malabsorbtion problem untill I can buy a different form? And what is the web site for brainchild vitimins again, I may try his kind if it a better source of calcium. Thanks

Guest guest
I skked my local health food store to carry pacific brand rice milk, before I started making it myself. Usually if they know wht you need they will order it for you. Re: alternative milks > I am new to group, > does anyone know where to buy Rice silk milk.
