Hi,

My name is Lorraine and I have never posted before. My son was GFCF for 2

years with good results. Last summer he decided he couldn't live without

wheat and began to sneak foods. He is nine. Previously he was an angel

about following the diet. We have, perhaps coincidentally, had many

problems since. I think he is convinced, at least temporarily, that he

needs to follow the diet and has been GFCF for the last month. Yea!

In desperation I took my son to an NAET accupuncturist last summer. He went

through the protocol, and after dozens of treatments he was no better than

before. The accupuncturist said (and still does say) that he is the only

patient that she has ever had that did not improve. Theoretically she

" cleared " him of gluten, but he still greatly reacted to gluten. Honestly,

I saw no benefit to the treatments.

Since I am still searching for any means to help my son, I am interested in

chelation. If anyone with experience with chelation could email me

privately, I would appreciate it. Specifically, what tests need to be done

to see if one would benefit from chelation? What type of doctor

prescribes/does the procedure? What is the procedure like? How long does

it take? When did you start seeing results? Thanks, Lorraine
