Help with facts about apraxia for insurance appeal

Hi all,

I need help/advice on an insurance appeal that I am putting together. I have

been requested to write a letter of appeal detailing why my child should receive

individual exception to their policy guidelines. They also requested any other

info that was relevant and, of course, his Dr.'s report. I realize this topic

has been addressed in the past, but I had trouble with the archives. Any

possible information would be appreciated. I just want to send them so much

detailed, proven info that they are blown away. LOL, I am obviously getting

annoyed at this process, and I hope to make progress.( this is my second appeal,

the first one just got me access to the second one) anyway, thanks in advance!
