I roll between waxed paper or plastic real thin, then cook on an ungreased skillet till it bubbles a little, turn over and lightly brown other side. This comes out real good, slight corn flavor, but light and plyable. Lolita >Does anyone have a tried and tested receipe for GFCF corn free tortilla?
