delay in reaction to infringement

My son had a few M &M's 8 days ago. (sub in Sunday School forgot). It wasn't

until yesterday that we started seeing problems, and today is really bad. I

know that reactions can be delayed for several days, but a whole week seems

unreal. Have any of you experienced such a delayed reaction to an infringement?

It took a week for us to see a reaction from my son after he had hot cocoa at

school. I was waiting and waiting for the reaction and just when I thought

it wasn't going to happen, it did.

We have never experienced that long of a delay, but what we have experienced

is that after a small infraction like that craves her " drugs " and will

begin sneaking those foods at every chance. Are you sure he is not sneaking

some things behind your back? Just a thought.
