Guest guest
Wow, that's exactly where I am right now. I've looked at different grain mills on the net- but it's real hard to figure out which would make flour consistency. I'm guessing the ones that use stone wheels would, but I can't afford those. So I'm looking into the Back to Basics Grain Mill. They claim the grain would be similar to a whole wheat size. The other ones I've looked at ( universal grain mill) I've read make the flour the consistency of corn meal. And I thought I'd look into doing the same beans/ flours as from the nutritional chart. http://www.doubleologic.com/asd/beansnut.html I'll let you know if I find out anything else, would you do the same for me? Lolita (here's one place I was checking out) http://www.superseeds.com/Kitchen_products.htm >Has anyone tried making flour? What kind of beans, nuts or other things >do you use and what kind of grain mill did you purchase? I tried a coffee >bean grinder and garbonzo beans-doesn't work. >Sue
